Roughly five years ago we brought Warren Construction and Roofing "Warren" on as a commercial vendor to address issues we experienced with prior work that was completed for our commercial buildings. The previous work had been completed using other roofing companies.

During the five years of working with Warren, we have never had one issue with any roof they have repaired. Each and every job has been done well, before and after photo's are taken along with an outline of exactly what was repaired, replaced and the corrections made.

Many of our commercial roofs are on contract for annual maintenance. We have found Warren's annual maintenance program has reduced our overall costs in the long run in terms of repairs.

Personally, I have also hired Warren to work on my residential roof. I have referred them to other residential owners and they have been delighted with the job they performed.

I cannot say enough good about these guys. They do the job, get it right the first time and communicate beautifully throughout the process.

They are great guys to work will too!

Mark is an excellent contractor. He had the best bid of 5+, oversaw the project on a daily basis, and his foreman and roofing crew worked incredibly quickly. I have a 70 yr old house with a flat roof, lots of issues, and quirks that Mark or his crew came up with elegant and functional solutions that improved the house drastically. I also appreciated his integrity and straight-forwardness as a business man, it was refreshing to work with. I can't recommend Mark Warren and his company enough.

The BEST roofing company - Warren Roof Care. I just had my flat (tar and gravel) roof done. They put on a new roof TPO (I call it a rubber roof). It has already reduced my interior temperatures by 10 degrees. I no longer need the room air conditioner. They replaced my skylights too.

Three major factors of why I went with them:
1. They responded to my calls and scheduled an appointment and kept in touch! That sells me anytime.
2. They were honest, told me that my roof still had years left but I wanted to lower my temps w/out installing a major air conditioning unit. Two other roofers told me that I needed a new roof. They also said that I had three roofs on it and would need everything pulled off. (tar and gravel roofs can only have three layers). Warren Roofing checked the layers and found only one. Wow... Regardless, I wanted a TPO roof and I wanted Warren Roofing to do it.
3. They were on time, clean, neat, COVID time so all wore masks, were respectful AND they blew/cleaned up around the house each day they were done working!!!
