We used Ware Design Build to remodel our bathroom and are very happy with the outcome! We needed everything redone top to bottom (flooring, vanity, shower, etc.) Casey, the interior designer, was extremely helpful. On multiple occasions she dropped by samples to our house on her way home from work. Anytime I had a question or changed my mind about something she was readily available via email or text. Jeff, our project manager, was always in communication with us as well. We always felt comfortable with workers in and out of our house while we were at work, because Jeff was always there to get them started and direct them. We have 2 dogs and often wanted to make arrangements for them to be out of the way during the day and Jeff was always a text away letting us know if they would be there the following day.

We are very happy with the finished remodel! Our house has a lake house vibe with pine wood walls throughout most of our home. It was important to us to design a bathroom that fit with that style while also feeling modern and updated. They were able to help us do just that!

We could not be happier with our new build with WARE Design Build!! I had a very specific look in mind for our house and we looked at A LOT of builders, ones that claimed to be "custom," but when it came down to it they couldn't achieve what we were looking for. WARE truly is custom.

The design process was my favorite, they let us be as involved as we wanted to, which was perfect because I'm rather opinionated. Their architect and designers sat down and really listened to what we wanted and were so knowledgeable. In fact, everyone in the office is so kind and friendly. Dan, the owner, has a a great team!

Justin, our Project Superintendant, is on top of everything! This is the guy you want working on your dream home. His attention to detail is unmatched. All of the things that people say are so smart and cool when they see our house, were all of his ideas! I can't imagine our house being any other way, he is brilliant.

We will definitely be calling on WARE when we decide to build again!

My husband and I could not be more pleased with Ware Design Build and the amazing team we worked with through the entire process of building our home. From the time of our initial meeting when the company's philosophy was shared with us, to the very final day when we received our occupancy certificate, we truly felt as though we were a family!

Jorge provided our architectural design exactly as we asked. He did an outstanding job understanding our wants and needs and worked until we had the perfect plan for us! He provided beautiful renderings to help bring the blueprints to life, and explained everything very clearly. I don't think anyone else could have designed a more suitable home for us.

Larry was our Project Manager, and he proved to be a real magician! He did everything he could to make sure we were getting the very best of the best within our budget, and was always in our corner. He was a great guy to work with and an amazing person all around!

Jorie was our Interior Designer. She just completely understood me and was a joy to collaborate with! Her passion was evident in everything she did and I truly felt confident in her ability to guide me through the process. Every detail in our home is a direct reflection of her superb creativity and design sense. I really miss working and talking with her.

Dave was our Project Superintendent and was the absolute best person for the job! He is hard working, easy to communicate with and kept everything on task right up to the end! We had a deadline to meet and he got it done! Dave coordinated all the subcontractors, got the inspections scheduled and kept us informed along the way - and aways with a great attitude!

When friends ask how we could ever go through the process of building a home because of the horror stories we all hear, we tell them we'd do it again as long as we had Ware Design Build along with us! They have the process down to a science and have perfected every part of it! On top of that, they truly made us feel like we were their only customers! We're HOME!!!!

We used Ware to renovate our basement. We really wanted the work done before the arrival of our new baby and they worked hard to adjust the timeline and get things done! It all turned out great and we are so happy with the finished product. The whole team was great. Casey was super helpful when it came time to pick fixtures, flooring, etc. and always readily available should any questions or concerns come up. Our general contractor/project lead Justin was also great at communicating with us throughout the project and kept things on time. Would definitely recommend them for home renovation projects!

Ware Design Build designed and built our house. Dan Eckerman has assembled a very knowledgeable and talented team. With many 1:1 meetings, the team guided us along the way to bring our dream to fruition. There was always someone available to respond to our questions and keep us apprised of the building process. The build happened during the pandemic which posed its own set of challenges, but Ware was able to keep the process moving despite delays and supply chain issues. Best of all, Dan was always a phone call or email away. He will bend over backwards to make sure his clients are happy.

The house is incredibly well-built with many quality finishes throughout. We love the over-sized kitchen that serves as an entertaining hub in the open concept house. But one of our favorite spaces has to be the 3-seasons room with a heating element that allows us to use it even in chilly weather.

With the help of Ware Design Build, we now have a very comfortable, functional and beautiful house.
