We used this company for a smaller project of a having a retaining wall engineered for the backyard of our home. I saw so many invoices from this company and some of them for short telephone conversations because I know nothing that required their time or presence at the site took place. I filed the city permit paperwork, I did all of the footwork. They created plans and showed up for inspection purposes a couple times. Max invoices I should have seen from them was maybe 4. Oh and they made an error on the plans that the city wanted corrected and charged me for the time to correct them and I still had to pay for a new set of plans to submit to the city. Never again.
