Thai transaction was nice from the initial request for bid, samples, quality discussions to quote and scheduling. Scheduled for Monday. At 8:30 am, demo, cleanup, install 5 days as promised. Great install team. Price from quote to completion as stated-no changes. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Wally’s Carpet and Tile -thank you all!

Update: When Wally's Carpet & Tile say they are committed to customer satisfaction, they are telling the truth! My LVP floors were originally installed Nov. 2022, and while I was happy with the purchase and installation, I began to notice there were some problems with the materials that were installed. There appeared to be some textural and performance issues with the materials that were visible and made the flooring hard to clean. I reached out to Tom and he responded immediately to my concerns. As things progressed and the manufacturer of the flooring got involved and came to my home to see the materials, Tom, Chris, and Chris (owner) came out to my home as well. Wally's was with me every step of the way and advocated for me with the manufacturer. This process took several months and Wally's kept me informed as to what was going on with the manufacturer and the timeline of things. It was very evident to me that Wally's cared that there was a problem with the materials and wanted me to be happy with the flooring I purchased from them.

I am happy to report that the manufacturer did agree to replace all of the flooring in my home thanks to the advocating Wally's did on my behalf. As of yesterday, my home has beautiful flooring that looks and performs as expected. Once again, Santiago and his son installed my floors flawlessly.

It's not very often that a company will show care for a customer after the job is done and money has changed hands. Wally's is an exceptional company to do business with and genuinely cares about the satisfaction of their customers.

If you are in need of flooring, look nowhere else. The professionalism, customer service and care Wally's consistently provides is invaluable. I will always use, and recommend Wally's, for any flooring needs.

Original review: I decided to have all the carpet and tile in my two story home replaced with LVP flooring. I visited many flooring stores and received multiple estimates and can say my experience at Wally’s Carpet was beyond exceptional. When I visited the showroom Tom immediately offered assistance and was happy to help me view a variety of samples. He even allowed me to take a few home to see how they looked in my home’s natural light. He came out to measure and always displayed great courteousness and professionalism. We were doing multiple home improvements and Tom would follow up with me according to my timeline so that I could get this project scheduled in the right order. When in came time for install Santiago and his son were phenomenal. They showed up promptly every day, demonstrates pride and expertise in their trade, and ensured I was a satisfied with their work. Tom called me mid job to ensure everything was going as expected. Santiago and his son considered the job complete not just when the work was done, but when I was completely satisfied as a customer. This was a big job and I’m so thankful I used Wally’s Carpet for my flooring needs. I would recommend them, Tom, and Santiago and son to anyone who needs new floors.

We just had our church in Yucaipa entire floor replaced by Wally’s carpet. They were complete professionals and managed to get us back in church in a week. Cannot say enough about this business. Wally’s Carpet & Tile of Yucaipa did an excellent job on tile work that we hired them to do. Juan installed our tile and did an amazing job, was very courteous, prompt, and attentive to detail. Juan also was very kind to our dog, which he wasn’t required to be! Tom was our salesman and he got our quote back to us very quickly, he was prompt and courteous also! Will be recommending them and using them for future projects.

These guys did a great job for a good price! Dave Swisher got everything organized and going and the father-son team that did the install (approx 500 sq ft) in less than one day, really did a great job! They were personable and professional. I would purchase flooring there again.
