There were a few things that needed to be fixed months after the project was completed and staff was promptly sent out to fix it. This kind of customer service puts them over the top!

Great experience and workmanship! I am always cautious when working with a contractor. So glad I went with Vostok. The best part of the entire process was seeing Viktor work. It was clear Viktor took pride in his work and he paid attention to the details many others overlook or just ignore. He is a hard worker and I found out he very much enjoys a glass of fresh squeezed OJ. I would give Viktor 6-stars if I could!
Eric was very responsive and communicative with the estimate. Only issue I had was quite a few details seemed to have been lost from the time of the initial visit to when the estimate was received. Luckily I made sure to review the details and noticed the missing or incorrect info. The biggest issue was the sizing of the window seemed wrong. Once I brought that to his attention he had someone come in a remeasure and then corrected the info before anything was ordered. So glad I caught that detail otherwise the work would have been unable to be fully completed and the process would have been a mess. Not sure if my experience with issues on the estimate was a one-off. Cannot imagine that could be a regular thing for any business.
So all in all I would highly recommend Vostok, make sure to review the estimate details, and make sure to thank Viktor for his hard work. I have included my before, during and after photos.

We had an entire master bathroom remodel and the crew did an excellent job. From covering our floors and being on time and staying til the job was done. Would highly recommend them. They took out an old corner shower and tub and old vanity and mirror. We purchased a new double vanity with marble sink top and fixtures and they installed. We also chose and purchased our own shower fixtures and rock tile flooring and they installed. It turned out great in a little over 2 weeks total. We purchased the acrylic style walls from Vostok, as that is their key item and they have several different colors and styles to choose from. The 2 pics withr the white tub and shower and the brown worn vanity cabinet were prior to remodel. The remodel is the acrylic walls the entire length of the bathroom with 2 shower heads. (One on each side). They also put a smaller window in where the large tub window was. Thank you, Eric and crew!! We love it!

Alex and Eric were great to work with on our remodel (knocked out two walls, new kitchen, laundry room and revamped the dining, family and living rooms and raised some ceilings). They weren't the cheapest or the most expensive but the quality of work they completed was undeniably terrific! Alex has a wealth of construction knowledge and always provided cost effective alternatives for issues that in the end always turned out better than what I was expecting. Alex and his crew paid attention to details throughout the construction process and always strived to make me happy with their work products. They stayed on budget (minus change orders based on my upgrades) and would have stayed on schedule if not for some overlooked structural issues that my engineer had to work through with the city to approve the permit amendment. Eric was easy to work with through the contract process answering my questions promptly. The only minor complaint I have is some of their workers start work at 9am so they sometimes stay until 7pm+. Since I'm retired it wasn't an issue and allowed the workers to completely finish a certain phase of the work by the end of the day. Overall, I am very happy with the quality of work Vostok completed at my house and would highly recommend them.
