We had an issue that was not resolved by another service provider. Called Villara and they had a technician, Adan Nunez, who came out the same day I called, he was fantastic. He quickly identified and resolved the problem but didn’t stop there—he took extra time to ensure our system was fully dialed in and operating at its best. His professionalism and attention to detail was greatly appreciated. Finally our home feels warm and cozy this winter.

Ryan came for my service visit. He was extremely thorough, took pictures of everything he checked, and cleaned. He explained what he did and why, and made recommendations for when something might need to be repaired, in maybe a year or two, and made a suggestion for a product he has found to be very beneficial, but certainly not necessary.
Ryan was very polite, organized, and is sending me all the pictures he went through with me, and provided me with the website for information about the product he suggested.

The technician: Giovanni was very professional. He came on time during the window hours given. He was able to diagnose the problem and fixed it. I ended up signing up for the yearly service. It took quite a few hours due to my home having 5 separate LG units in my tri-level home, but the house is completely warm now. He will come back in 6 months to check if the AC will be running in the summer.
