Incredible builder where attention to detail is paramount and it shows in the quality of workmanship. The sales associate is truly educated and enthusiastic about their homes. Additionally she, Angela, took the time to patiently explain things in a eat that made it accessible to the uninitiated.

We love Verrado. We will most likely end up purchasing a home there. We are still about 24 months away from retiring.

Love this location but the prices on homes are too high. You can get the same homes elsewhere for less. Paying for the "community".

Disappointed we were not able to see the model homes as they were not showing the day we went. But beautiful area.

Beautiful homes. Went through about 11 models to find out in the end that it was a retirement community.
