We recently had the need to engage with Versatile Roofing after a storm damaged our roof last year. It took us a while to start on the project because reliable roofing companies are a rarity and most of our neighbors who had engaged with roofing companies wouldn’t recommend them to us. That’s why, we were truly fortunate to be referred to Conor Smith, the new president of Versatile Roofing and Construction. We need to stress the fact that Conor recently acquired Versatile and is trying hard to erase the negative reputation the company got in the past. As far as we are concerned, we couldn't be more impressed with their service.

From the moment we got in touch with them, Conor was very responsive and took the time to thoroughly discuss the various options available for repairing our roof, considering the coverage from our insurance company. This approach instilled a sense of trust in their expertise. On the day of the repair, Versatile proved to be prompt and efficient and completed the entire job in just a single day. The team worked tirelessly to ensure the project was completed quickly without compromising on quality.

Overall, our experience with Conor Roofing was excellent. They have earned our trust and confidence, and we wouldn't hesitate to use their services again in the future. We wholeheartedly recommend Versatile Roofing and Construction to anyone in need of roofing repairs or services.

We chose Conor and Versatile after receiving bids from three companies, due to his professional attitude, explaining our options clearly and what to expect from the finished product. His crew was here on time, did the work well, and even when we were surprised by a sudden rain storm that required extra clean-up and replacing of some of the new material, the project was completed and we are very satisfied with the end product.

The two patio roofs that Versatile repaired for my mother last July were not done correctly. Neither of the roofs had ever leaked before however had received minor hail damage and it was recommended that they be replaced. After Versatile reroofed both patios, one of the roofs began to leak with the first rain. When my mom tried to contact Conor by way of phone call and text, he did not respond in a timely manner. The leak ran down the side of her home and into the back door causing more damage. When Conor came out to look at it, he tried to blame the leak on a different area, offering to fix that for an additional $500.00. My mom wanted Conor to meet with her Son-In-Law to discuss this, however Conor did not show up to the appointment he agreed to. Versatile finally came out to make repairs with Flex Seal which did not work. The roof continued to leak and my mom continued contacting Conor to no avail. She finally had to contact a more reputable roofing company to have them replace her entire roof, replacing what Versatile had done. In my opinion, Conor failed to take care of his customer, was very unprofessional in his communication or lack there of, and the gentleman who actually did the work needs more training. I would not recommend Versatile.
