Great experience building a new home! Rodney (builder), Adam (sales), and Michaela (designer) were all wonderful! Super responsive, had great answers to all my (so many) questions, and really truly cared about building a great home. Quality is great, they were quick and efficient and stuck to promises. My home is a smaller one, and they treated me the same as they’d treat someone building their largest floor plan, and kept the same quality throughout. Adam was accurate in the pricing estimate based on the upgrades I mentioned being interested in and clearly knew what he was doing. Rodney was very meticulous and detail-oriented while overseeing the actual build and sent frequent updates and photos which was awesome. Michaela made the design process so fun and was very experienced and had great answers to questions and had great suggestions. I’ll definitely build with Veridian again!

My wife and I built our third new home with Veridian in Heritage Hills in Waunakee. The fact that it’s our third home build with them already speaks volumes, but we had a great experience and they make the process so easy. Our personal builder was Collin Goldberg and he was great to work with. He always followed through on everything and put us at ease. Highly recommend Veridian! Shout out to Adam Crook who was our new home specialist and Lyndsay Johnson who was our interior designer, they were also fantastic.

My wife and I decided to build with Veridian last summer after living in a Veridian home for 8+ years and being extremely happy with the design/craftsmanship. Norman Bondoc (new home specialist) worked with us for 8ish months, showing us a mix of move-in ready homes and models to help us figure out exactly what we were looking for in a new home. He helped us design and price out 2 different floor plans with customizations so we could make a decision we knew we'd be happy with. The process of altering an existing floor plan was very easy and the architect turned around our custom plans quickly. The time we spent with Bree Brendel (designer) was extremely enjoyable. She listened to us and only offered guidance when we were stuck and asked her for her insight. We didn't go with all recommendations but did end up making some changes/decisions that we are extremely happy with now that we've moved in. The design studio really helps you visualize everything, and in cases where it was hard to visualize, Bree told us where we could find the various siding/stone combinations in existing homes so we could see what it actually looks like. Rodney Stauffacher (personal builder) kept our build on schedule and stayed in constant communication with us - frequently sending videos and pictures to ensure we didn't miss any of the milestones. He also made time at the end of a day to show us around our home so our kids could see it when it was under construction. We identified a few issues at our final walkthrough before we moved in and Rodney made sure all were addressed by the time we closed a few days later. He's been in contact with us multiple times since we moved in to ensure that everything is still meeting our expectations. Veridian gives you all the resources you need to research, design, and build a beautiful home and has the people in place to make the process enjoyable. Highly recommend Veridian and Norman, Bree, and Rodney. I would happily work with all of them again.

Adam helped us find the right location and layout, Angela was really helpful with design, and Andy kept us informed throughout the build process. We recently bought a new build with Veridian and had nothing short of an incredible experience. We had the pleasure of first meeting with Veronica who found us our perfect home. She was quick to answer any questions we had and was extremely knowledgeable. Our personal builder was Dan who was also amazing. He answered many questions before we closed, and even after closing he was more than happy to answer our phone calls and text messages. We had a few set backs with our closing date due to things on our end and they were very understanding and helpful. We are so thankful for Veronica and Dan and we highly recommend them. Our experience was incredible and we are so happy to be in our new home!
