Completely took advantage of people trying to start their next chapter in retirement and are refusing to give back the $32,000 for the Ernest and upgrades, even though they’ll no longer be getting the house. The house being built has been a disaster from upgrades that are no longer available after choosing them and paying for them. The roof is a mess with uneven shingles and is bowing, the island wall sticks out past the counter top, door frames have cracks in them, but we’re still painted and sealed, they forgot electrical after already finishing the drywall so that had to get cut up, the house was painted the wrong color, the floor plan was reversed, the whole process has been rushed and they have been trying to force us to move even though the house is far from ready. It seems a lot of corners have been cut during the construction process. Stay far far away cus they only care about getting your money and not building your perfect home for retirement!

Buyer beware. Bait and switch and clearly misrepresents what is available then will change offering to maximize their own profits. You have been warned. Better to go with reputable builders or perhaps shady realtors work for them which is a bad representation for Taylor.
