I'd highly recommend Vantage Homes for anyone looking to build a new house in Colorado. Love our new Fairhope style home in Wolf Ranch. The level of service, standards and communication that Vantage team provided from conception to finish is what companies should strive to provide their customers. I would highly recommend Liz, Joe, Coy and the Vantage team to build your dream home. I think you are in excellent hands if you choose them for your next home.

We bought a Vantage Home that was 8 years old. We were the second buyer. Since moving in We have discovered that they undersize thier mechanical systems by as much as 25%. That means the A/C system does not properly cool the home.

They also allow structural changes by their framers, I am having this issue reviewed through a structural engineer.

I would not recommend and tell you have the work double checked before signing off.

I have done work for Vantage for about 15 years. I just had them build us a house because of haw impressed I am with how they treat their clients and the quality of their homes. I was even more blown away after being a client. What a great experience. Christina Walker was our sales person and she was so great to work with. Kendrick and Max have gone above and beyond after closing. We really have had but just a few time things to touch up because the build was done so well. We couldn’t be happier. Thanks everyone.
