Vance went the extra mile to renovate our house in Paso Robles, all the while, we were in Michigan. His work was so impressive that we were able to sell the property quickly. His communication skills over the long distance put us at such ease that it was often hard to realize how far away he actually was. He sent pictures of the progress and concerns he had with the project, and, often offering suggestions. His understanding of building codes and restrictions made the renovation design decisions easier and, above all, comforting. We can not thank him enough for what he did for us.
