Worst customer service (Ashley - Logistics) in the world. Will not get a call back. Other choices to buy your fuel from. Take a "hard pass" on this company. I see I'm not the only one. Should have read the reviews before wasting my time to call them.

I have had them for over a year delivering kerosene.I normally deal with Ashley and she’s always been sweet and friendly. They “forgot” I ordered fuel and I had to call again to sort it out. I spoke with Leanna and she was VERY rude and acted like I was inconveniencing her. I will order from mean genes from now on.

Terrible customer service. I am giving them two stars because I do like the product and need it. I placed an order for fuel and wait a couple days for delivery because they only come on Wednesday which is fine but not only do I not get the fuel but they don't even call to let me know they can't make it. Waited all day for delivery. I call the next day and ask why didnt they call and let me know and got an apology which ok whatever. Let's me know they care. But I was counting on them and they continue to disappoint me yet again. Not the first time and I'm sure it won't be the last time either. There is another company that I hope can do better.

She as everyone else. That don't deliver on time and don't call. I can't even get the price of fuel oil for them. Their drivers are great. Very nice.

dont answer calls dont return calls. finally got a hold of someone named leeaan. siad they will call back never did may have to contact state and local regulatorsm just to get kerosene... pathetic. I have a 81 yr. old individual in a wheelchair here and i cant get any service.
