I am beyond appreciative and happy with Faustino Valdivia’s work.
Summary: Faustino and his team were extremely respectful, thorough, and efficient throughout the entire project. Quality workmanship for an affordable price.

Details:
• Faustino took the time to explain how the offset sink I picked out would need to be set up due to the pipe placement before opening and assembling it so I could have a chance to exchange the vanity/sink combo if I didn’t like the set up.

• He took the time to explain how the vent fan/Color led light/speaker combo I picked out is battery powered and explained the wires were set up for a wired fan. He helped us in deciding to cap off the wires in case we need to switch out the vent for a wired one in the future.

• He explained to me the options for the lighting above the vanity to let me choose where it was centered. Then, after he had everything ready done for the light, I realized I made a mistake and didn’t like how it looked with what I chose, yet he was extremely patient and kind about moving the wires, patching the drywall where I thought I wanted the light, and moving the hole over several inches.

• He laid down drop cloths to protect my flooring during the projects.

He thoroughly explained to me how the vanity would fit into the space to make sure I was happy with what I chose and how it would come together.

• They did center cuts on the tile floor to make sure water drained correctly.

• They ensured the grout lines inside the niche shelf matched the lines around it. Very aesthetically pleasing.

• They even replaced my door hinges to match the accessories I chose.

• They were extremely patient as they held up the toilet paper holder, towel hooks, and towel bar around the bathroom so I could see how it would look and they shared their professional opinion on why they would or wouldn’t put things in certain areas.

• They were patient with my children asking questions about the project.

• They were patient with my dog who was excited to see them every time they walked in.

• They were even considerate about where they parked to make sure they weren’t inconveniencing us or my neighbors.

All in all, they were extremely patient and kind in explaining to me how my decisions would affect how the project came together. If you are looking to renovate your bathroom, I strongly recommend Valdivia Building Co. I definitely will be using them for our next renovation project.

This was the most incredible REMODEL experience we’ve ever had. Working with Faustino and his team was made easy only by his willingness to work with you on every detail of the remodel. We had two bathrooms remodeled, the primary and a guest bath. Both were total gut jobs, both still set back in 2002 when originally built. Attached you will see the after. We wanted to keep the budget within reason and that was accomplished. Faustino gave us a quote two was, one with his purchasing all the fixtures and labor. One with only the labor and us responsible for purchasing all fixtures including tiles, bathtub, lights, shower doors, etc... We opted for the latter, we had fun shopping. Once we got through the permit process which he handled for us, including drawings to submit he began demo. During the entire building process through completion, we never felt we were in construction zone. The team cleaned up every day and secured the construction area. All teams were friendly, courteous and respectful of our home. The finished product speaks for itself. Beautiful, timeless and finally updated. We would like to give a big and public thank you to Faustino, Valdivia Building Company for a job well done. We have more remodeling to do, we will have Faustino – Valdivia Building Company return to our home.

I've had the best experience working with Valdivia Building Company. Faustino was highly recommended to me by a family member. I started working with Faustino in 2020 and he installed laminate flooring, base boards, interior paint in my mom's home. I was so impressed with the work he did in my aunt and mom's homes when I purchased my older home in April of 2021, I knew he was the contractor I needed to hire. I had little to no knowledge of remodeling, and Faustino was so patient in explaining each step of the process, and I felt comfortable to ask lots of questions (sometimes the same question multiple times). Faustino, and his team installed vinyl flooring, interior paint, baseboards, painted my fireplace, installed dimmable can lighting in my living room, wall mounted TV stand, new custom blinds, mirror frame and new hardware in my bathrooms. Faustino and his team also did a complete kitchen remodel which included complete demolition, vinyl flooring, baseboards, can lighting, pendent lighting, ceiling fan install, cabinet and island install, prep for counter top install, all new appliances install. Faustino and his team worked diligently on my home, and I felt very comfortable with them there unattended. They would leave my home very clean each time they came and went. He is very organized and communicates very well regarding billing. He is very knowledgeable about home structure and products that are best. Overall, I am completely satisfied with all the work Faustino and his team has done in my home, he brought my vision to life. I plan on working with Faustino and his team in the near future on more projects.

I moved into my new home and needed blinds installed for all windows. I reached out to Faustino for a quote, and he got back to me quickly. He ordered the blinds and provided me with a reasonable quote. I didn't have to do much research since he did everything. He completed the project quickly and in a timely manner.
