I hired USModular in 2022 for my home project. When I first started weighing my options I called multiple companies and I ended up going with USModular and I’m glad I did! They are a one stop shop which is a huge plus! They invited me out to one of their home installs, it was an awesome experience watching them crane a home into the backyard. The workers were attentive and professional. The process was fast and stress-free I’m really satisfied with their service.

I’ve been working with USModular to build my new single family home. Everyone in the office is really nice and friendly. I did my decor in person and was excited to see all the options I had to choose from. Definitely recommend this company if you’re looking for someone to handle everything for you.

Call today to get a price quote on a modular home. They informed me that they don't do modular homes anymore. Doesn't really make sense to have your name as us modular if you don't any type of modular home.

I called USModular to get an ADU for my property and someone actually answered the phone. I tried to called multiple dealers and only got voicemails. The nice lady on the phone provided pricing and emailed me different floor plan options that would fit on my property. She created a site plan so I could visualize it better. This is my first time doing a project like that and I’m definitely excited to move forward with them.

I just recently had US Modular build an accessory dwelling unit on my property and I could not believe how fast and easy the entire process was! The team was very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job building the unit. They communicated with us constantly and were very courteous and professional. I’d recommend them to anyone wanting a new modular or manufactured home that can be completed in a very short time.
