Peter Alexander and his professional crew of Urban Shore Builders were contracted to build a backyard earthen, treated redwood and cement retaining wall. They replaced an
existing redwood backyard fence and cement front driveway. Mr. Alexander furnished all licenses and insurance information at the time of the bidding process. His crew arrived promptly each morning and performed their day's assignment as outlined by Mr. Alexander. The engineering of the retaining wall was designed by a licensed structural engineer who works with Urban Shores on many projects. The construction of the retaining wall and completed redwood fence exceeded all expectations. The cement removal, rebar reinforcement, cement truck delivery pour, and professional finishing by the Urban Shore crew has given us a beautiful, structurally sound new driveway.
We could not be more satisfied with the completed project. The crew responded to several "in progress" changes we requested.
The crew cleaned the worksite each evening before departing and completed the project on time. We anticipate contracting Urban Shore Builders for several future projects.

Peter Alexander/Urban Shore builders has been very diligent and has helped me upgrade my apartment building by removing and replacing old and rotting wood siding and trim, powerwashing the complete exterior of the 7 unit building, caulking and
doing all necessary prep work and painting exterior building. He also completed my engineered concrete foundation work under my building and has also installed a new
roof and gutters on my other apartment buildings. He has done a excellent job.
