Aaron was a great partner, offering great advice to us and our designer, paying exceptional attention to detail throughout the project, and keeping us well-informed every step of the way. Aaron’s final quote was higher than we anticipated, but his policy of no-change orders once the job begins was a welcome relief once a few contingencies arose. The project was still brought in on time and on-budget. His choice of subcontractors was excellent – all highly skilled and with an equal attention to detail and quality. Aaron and the several subs were great to work with: friendly, skilled, always on time, and took care to protect our property and clean-up thoroughly after each day. We cannot emphasize enough the quality of work Aaron and his subcontractors brought to our project. I had a smaller scope project that needed done and Uptown Construction completed it on time and to a high standard.

While I was shopping contractors in the area I was either not responded to, told my project wasn't large enough for them to come out (i.e. not a full kitchen or bath remodel) or they would come out and say they would get back to me and never follow though.

When I called Aaron I was able to tell almost immediately we would be a good fit. I wasn't treated like a number and he took a genuine interest in my project and seeing it through to my approval.

Communication was excellent throughout the entire project and there was never a big push on upsells just for the sake of doing so. Both Aaron and Zac were great at explaining what the plan of action was, why it needed to be done and what would be next.

The finish quality of the work is outstanding but what made the whole process better was the general attitude and work ethics of Aaron and Zac. I will hire them again in the future if I need more work done because I know I'm dealing with a group of honest guys that I'd have no issue inviting back into my home.
