I always have a good experience when I visit the upland hills clinic in spring green. The staff is always pleasant and give you a smile. Rosie and her assistant, Brandy are awesome. They have wonderful bedside manors. They're always pleasant to talk to and listen to what ya have to say. Rosie Morrey is a wonderful and attentive doctor. She listens to what I have to say and we go over options that I may have. I love this clinic.

I will be switching to Dr. Reynolds next time. My experience with Rosie was uncomfortable to say the least. She came in the room sanitized her hands which is totally professional that's great, however she didn't bother to shake my hand or fully introduce herself which was a red flag. She is not one for small talk to get to know you as a patient and it's dead silence practically unless it's about what you are there for. What was more interesting is she had another nurse or possibly a medical assistant named Brandy come in to do something she could have done herself and left without saying nice to meet you or anything to that effect. Rosie just had a terrible bedside manner for someone in the healthcare field. You are supposed to want to know you patients to understand them better and she could've cared less. Thankfully the other nurse "Brandy" excelled at her job in all areas. Hopefully you get Brandy to room you since she has an awesome bedside manner and makes great conversation as if you'd known each other for years. Have not had a nurse or medical assistant as great as Brandy in years highly recommend her she will make you feel cared for as a patient and comfortable with your surroundings.
