Although there were changes in the pricing and product availability due to supply chain issues, Preston adjusted the quote and was able to secure the shingles, an oddly sized skylight replacement, and two bath exhaust vents within a week. Preston is a gem to find in today's world: honest, responsive, reliable, affordable, and his work is of top-notch quality. The team managed to rip off and replace the roof of a 1500 square foot ranch in just one day. They were speedy, meticulous, and their cleanup was excellent. I couldn't find a single roofing nail despite thoroughly checking my driveway. There was a minor increase in the bill due to a damaged plywood sheet, but Preston had already informed me that they might find some, so it wasn't a surprise. They efficiently installed a new roof and deck, along with fitting metal trim on the gables. Given that my house in Studio City was constructed back in 1915, there were naturally some complications. However, these were dealt with professionally and effectively. Preston, my first point of contact, was genuinely honest and direct, a stark contrast to my previous interaction with a representative from a national roofer. He was extremely accommodating and took the time to patiently answer all of my questions. Similarly, Greyson was also supportive, patient and very responsive.
