We had a water leak in our house that came through the ceiling. Tim came out the same day. Helped us work with insurance. He quickly helped us set up everything to get it fixed.

Tim Warner and Univera Construction responded within hours of the damage that Hurricane Laura caused to our church (North Orange Baptist Church in Orange, Texas in 2020). We had substantial roof damage and rain damage/water in the building from wind blown rain. We reached out to Tim and Univera based on the testimony of how well they helped a church in our area that flooded after Hurricane Harvey. I can not say enough good things about this amazing man and company! Tim walked us through every part of the restoration process (remediation of the water damage immediately following the hurricane) and the rebuild process. Tim personally walked us through the cleanup and rebuild. Even though we weren't Univera's only customer that they were helping recover from the hurricane, he made us feel like we were his only customer. If you need help with your construction needs, disaster cleanup, project management, and so much more, I highly recommend Univera Construction. (I posted a few photos of the water damage immediately following the storm and two completed photo.)

My wife and I both highly recommend! We were in quite a pinch and needed a project completed in a very short time window. Tim and his crew were fantastic listening to what we needed and willing to help us out the next day. This was huge! They saved us quite a bit of time and money! When an unforeseen emergency devastates your well-being, and you're lucky enough like we were to find a restoration expert such as Tim & his crew, it makes life easy. Tim brought his expertise, equipment, plus his vast knowledge of the insurance industry, after a flash flood on a Wednesday evening inundated our social Club in June. Tim had us up and running within two and a half days so we could meet our contractual agreements for two graduation parties held over the weekend.
