So after calling for 2 hours and continually getting a message that the answering system is off I finally get someone to answer the phone. However I'm told I'll have to call back some other time because they're just too busy to help me right now. In an attempt to not have to wait another two or three hours listening to their phone rang before somebody answers it I just told the guy who I talked to that I needed to know how my brother was supposed to pick up his package if they didn't leave him a notice that he needed to come pick it up. Since I had sent the package I got a notification that it was undeliverable. It's not
they were just too busy as this to do their job. Sure wish I could use that excuse on my job No I can't do that I'm too busy.

This supervisor at this location is absolutely unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. I know that nothing will be done to her and she will be able to talk to customers anyways she wants.
