The team at UBH in Terrell, from sales and financing, to our contractor and the builders, were very professional every step of the way, and built us a quality built and beautiful home! They stand behind the quality and were quick to fix any issue that arose. Our home was built in 40 days which was quite impressive. I highly recommend them if you want good customer service and a quality build!!

Caleb and Spencer helped us build our dream home. We were very pleased with their responsiveness to any and all concerns or questions. Just felt like our house was rushed during the building process.
Spencer, as our building superintendent, was great to work with. He was also very hands-on and showed up when he said he would, and got the job done.

We have started our journey on our new house build. We have worked on the plans and design, with Caleb. We have been thoroughly impressed with Caleb’s professionalism. We asked a ton of questions, and he took the time to answer them all. We are excited to break ground and eventually move in. If you’re think about building on your land definitely give Caleb and his team a call.

Fantastic experience! Caleb, the office manager, was very personable and knowledgeable. Paul, a sales associate, was also easy and comfortable to work with. Very timely and transparent with each step of the process. I highly recommend UBH, Lancaster, TX!
