Kristal and her team have connections to get the job done. After a year and a half of waiting for permits with another company I contacted her to help, within 3 weeks my building permits were approved. She is powerful, knowledgeable and efficient with her time.

The team at C3 Building Solutions are the best! This is my second time using their services, my first was commercial with Kristal and my second was residential with Shaun. They are the best at moving your building projects through all the hoops & hurdles that you will face when trying to get your project approved by the city! Believe me if you’re not using their services your wasting time & money! There are forms
& regulations that they will help you not miss, which can lead to project delays.
After our project was approved by the city we ran into a problem with a driveway permit, which was already approved, but they helped navigate this process & got us back on track! I highly recommend them for all your building projects.

Going through the permit process is a giant headache. Even as a non-profit building affordable homes, all the comments and delays were never ending. Thanks to Unicorn Service Solutions we were able to navigate the minefield and get over 60 homes approved. Shaun and Kristal are incredible at what they do. We will be using Unicorn Service Solutions for all of Agape Homes CDC's permits going forward. I reviewed this company for the first time in 2021 and as of today I still stand by my comments!
