Getting the vehicle was fine, but trumped up charges after the rental made this basically a scam. If you rent from this place take a picture of the gas gauge, the odometer, and anything else you can think of so that you can dispute the charges they will try to add. Place can be understaffed which can make service slow as well. Whatever you do, watch them check the vehicle back in even if they say you don't need to. If you can help it, you would be well off to use a different location of UHaul or use a different company.

I booked my uhaul at 6:25pm for 6:30pm, picked it up at 6:40pm and was out the door by 6:45. Quick and easy process. Friendly service. I would recommend 10 out of 10. Don't forget, you need a lock. You can use your own or buy one there.

U-Haul is extremely difficult to deal with. They stated they no longer offer box truck rentals for longer than 24 hours in the summer. The reps here at this location offered no creativity or help when I was trying to move. POD’s was so much easier.

I may update/uprate this review in the future, but, for now, to say I’m disappointed in this business’s lack of service would be an understatement. Specifically, they advertise business hours for propane refills, yet apparently don’t have the personnel or sufficient training to fulfill their advertised services. I’ll now be shopping for alternative service providers.

I ordered a hitch online and scheduled it to be done at this facility. A few days before the install I got a call saying the part was on back order and that they would call around to see if another shop had it and would give me a call back to give me an update. The day before the appointment I called the office and it goes to a call center (not U-Haul). The call center forwarded me to the store because they weren't able to fully look into the order. The person at the store didn't seem to know much about my issue and had to get the manager (who seemed to be the only one that dealt with hitches). The manager (who was the one supposed to call me back) informed me that it wasn't in yet and not to show up to my appointment. The manager told me they were going to continue looking for a hitch and would give me an update by the end of the day. The next day I tried calling back (cause they never called me back) and got the call center again... Tired of not being able to call the store directly, I drove there. The person at the counter had no idea how to look into my hitch order. I told this person about not being able to call the store directly and I basically got a "deer in headlights" response. She told me to come back when the manager was in. So I did the next day. The manager informed my order was express shipped and would give me a call when it got in (I didn't trust that at this point). So I went back when the manager said it would be there and it had just arrived. I handed over my car and it was installed later that day. The only reason this review gets 2 stars is because of the gentlemen who installed the hitch was very professional and friendly (unlike everyone else I dealt with). Even after everything was installed, my hitch pin didn't make it in the order, so that was refunded. I was told they would call me when it came in (which of course, they never did!). So on my way home from the hitch install, I bought it from Walmart instead. I'll be avoiding this U-Haul location in the future!

Unprofessional and disorganized. Had to reschedule our appointment multiple times due to them not getting the hitch we ordered in. Then they ordered the part from a different company to have it rushed and no communication to us to set up install. Had to call in order to try to get the hitch installed only for them to not have the correct wiring harness for our vehicle to complete the installation. At the end of the day our hitch is only half installed and now we are forced to cancel plans which are non refundable. The manager took no accountability for their lack of preparedness and when confronted about the situation tried to blame us as if they had not had multiple opportunities to ensure that they would be equipped to complete the job. Disappointed is an understatement. Would not recommend them for hitch installation.

If you rent a unit at this location, beware of the manager, she is very rude and unprofessional! I have had my stuff stored here for a few months, and not once have I had any issues from the staff. It wasn't until I had to deal with the manager that things got worse. Not going to disclose much, but I was billed for a lock out of spite of the manager. I was aware of the price change, but I was not aware that the facility was changing locks to a specific type. They were going to provide a lock and I said cool. After missing the payment, due to I am a single mom of two and struggling financially. I received a call from the manager asking for a payment, she sounded so rude and I explained I was aware of the payment and would pay it soon. After that I noticed a misc fee on my account, so I questioned it and I was billed for the lock after I was told the lock would be provided free of charge. If you can work with someone like that then go ahead and rent a unit here.

If I could give this facility "zero" stars, I would. I visited the facility to check on my order and no one was at the front desk for about 5 minutes, then when the young lady came to the counter, she was very rude. I was also trying to get a hitch installed for my vehicle -- I contacted the 800 number and talked with individual after individual after individual on the same day -- and no one had notes from the previous call. It was the most frustrating moving experience I have ever had. We have a large family that moves frequently -- we won't be using UHaul.
