Finding the right person for the job is always a challenge and I had no greater challenge ahead of me when remodeling my mothers kitchen. When I got in touch with Mark I instantly knew this was the right guy to remodel her kitchen, from the first phone call I felt a level of comfort that no other company could match. Mark immediately began asking the right questions to really understand the vision my mom had for her DREAM kitchen, when we all met for the time to discuss what needed to be done he came with 2 bags 1 full of quartz countertop samples, and the other bag full of cabinet samples ranging in different styles and colors. Mark was the most prepared out of anyone else we had previously spoke with and we quickly became confident knowing we had found our contractor. After signing the contract Mark immediately Scheduled demolition And showed us amazing 3d renders to what would eventually be our kitchen. Like all construction jobs there are always unforeseen obstacles and whenever we came across something Mark immediately coordinated solutions making sure to stay in constant communication with us, and I Cannot commend that enough for the last 55 days I have always had some form of communication with Mark letting me know what’s going on with the project and that kind of service and attention to clients is something I have never experienced until working with Mark. One of the unforeseen things we came across was termite damage to one of our windows and we initially declined to repair it cause it wasn’t something we would’ve ever noticed had they not pointed it out but to our surprise the next morning Mark called me letting me know that hes having someone fix it and I remember him saying exactly “good morning Gio I’m having someone come fix the window don’t worry about cost it’s on us, your house is like my house I want everything to look perfect for you and your family when the jobs done so please don’t worry we’ll fix it right away” that was a very special moment I had to share with anyone that reads this because you truly must know that when you’re doing business with Mark you are not just hiring another contractor you are hiring someone that cares about you and has pride in the work being done as if it were for his own family. I cannot express enough gratitude towards the kind of person he is and that’s why I firmly say he is the only contractor you will ever need. Through every step of the way there was never a problem too big or too small he always made us feel like we were his top priority and I think that says a lot about him as a person especially when you put into perspective when he was working on our kitchen he had 4-5 other projects that were far bigger than ours so to get that level of care EVERYDAY speaks volumes to the values Mark instills in his business and you would be crazy to not hire him for any of your construction needs.

Mark oversaw the project and advised on materials and what details I might want to pay attention to based on his experience with other renovations. The project encompassed installation of new floors, electrical work to update fixtures throughout the house, painting of the entire house and windows and various odds and ends to leave the place looking like new.
