Ryan checked out my roof at my bar in a timely manner, then showed me pictures and videos of why the roof was bad and would need to be replaced. He was very honest & did a diligent job on taking care of my repair needs!
I got a rubber membrane roof with a great warranty & I couldn't be more pleased with how it all turned out!
The team worked soo hard, was very accomadating & all around it was an amazing stress-free experience.

Excellent workmanship and communication. Kept us updated on our project while we were out of town. Helped us navigate different repair options. Priced fairly and work was completed ahead of schedule. Recently had Twin Rivers remodel my bathroom to put in a walk-in shower and to replace the flooring in the entire first floor of my house with luxury vinyl plank flooring. They were very professional and hard working and did an excellent job. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them again. Thanks for everything. Great job!!!

We had storm damage to our roof they came out quickly to give a quote, which was very reasonable. Once they came to do the work, they realized there wasn't as much damage as there was thought to be. I appreciated their honesty in reducing the invoice to reflect as much. Very nice and responsive. Definitely will use for future issues or projects.

This house is my first house. And my husband and I are not local so we had a difficult time in finding contractors especially ones that would call us back. Well this old house has many needs and one was a roof amongst other things. I had just started college fulltime so we were attempting to pick and choose jobs on the house that we were able to pay for at time of service. We had a recommendation for twin rivers to do a special durable flat roof on our balcony. They came out and did the job- it was great! We were very happy with the outcome and quality. However, after finding this place and wanting to hire them for other home repairs, we realized we were never going to be able to hire them. Multiple calls were made and never returned. We ended up trying to find another company for repairs and going with a different company once we decided to pursue a new roof for the rest of the house. So great job on the repair we were able to get someone out here for- but connecting with someone and returning calls- not so great at our time of needing services.

In the past dozen years, TRI has completed several large and small projects; Work was always to my complete satisfaction!. Projects included complete kitchen remodel, roof replacement, siding, revision of an entry, and smaller projects including remodeling a closet and replacing a fence. I was very thankful Jason noticed and solved a safety issue with my garage. Communication on each project was excellent, timelines were met, the work sites were neat. There were no surprises in cost estimates vs. final invoices. It was great working with both Ryan and Jason. Their crews also exceeded my expectations. I 'm looking forward to the next project!
