Be wary of the salesperson who comes to your home. I just wanted an estimate. By the time, the salesman left, he had convinced my husband and I that a contract and financing was necessary. I used the 3 legal days to think about it and requested contract cancellation by email. I stated again that all I needed at this time was an estimate. The salesman lost his mind, was very rude, still pressuring us, and refused to cancel. I had to forward the email to his boss and request cancellation. He canceled it without so much as an apology. Very rude and unapologetic staff. I would have used their services if they had been honest and stuck with what I originally requested. Now I don't want to use their services at all. I'd give no stars if I could.

Here's my honest review of my experience with Tundraland a little less than a year post-install.

My wife and I bought our first home, and there was a relatively newly installed tile shower. It was a pretty shoddy installation, so we had significant issues with water leaking through the tiling.

Enter Tundraland: their sales person was quick to respond. Overall, he was friendly and professional, but brace yourself for the PowerPoint presentation and for pretty aggressive sales techniques. I did appreciate the salesman did not try to sell me more product than I needed and was honest about not selling me upgraded shower heads as theirs was no better than what I could get at home depot. I was not thrilled that in order to get the best possible price, I would have to book that day, but with my wife pregnant, I didn't want to put off getting rid of the mold that certainly lurked behind my walls, so I signed. Now, was this the best quote I could have gotten, absolutely not, but the one day install and quality of product were enticing enough to lure me in.

Installers were very friendly and professional. They had forgotten to order two of my corner shelves, but they returned about a week later and installed those. Complaint one from my install is that they scuffed the ceiling of my bathroom pretty good when putting in the shower walls. Someone I emailed with post-install had told me someone would reach out to schedule a time to repair this, but that has not happened.

Complaint two from my install is that the caulking is rather poor. There are porous spots in the caulking where mildew collects and it seems to pull away when I am scrubbing the shower. I know caulk isn't meant to last forever, but with the price I paid, I would expect better.

Overall, I am very pleased with the acrylic tub and shower surround. It is not the magic shower that is pitched, but it is much more pleasant to clean than any other shower I have had the displeasure of cleaning. Time will tell how this holds up, but in a little under a year, the tub/shower shows no signs of age.

In sum, would I go with tundraland again, probably not, just due to the price point, pushy sales and somewhat lackluster caulk work. I have not seen how well they honor their warranty, but I imagine I will find out soon enough with the direction my caulk is headed. If I were to do another project like this, I would certainly do more diligence to collect different quotes and not let a salesperson push me into something so easily.

Very bad salesmanship, was at a show in wausau looking around getting quotes. Everyone were pitching their product which is a good thing but to blatenly disrespect another company with like products doesn't help you standout more than other companies. I'm sure each company has had a mistake here and there, but let the customers decide if you want business.

My family love the good reviews from other customers and love the quality products the company promote. We trust and decided to go with Tundraland for our bathroom shower remodel. We got the service done in February 2021 and after 2 months molds build up. My family are very disappointed at the poor service Tundraland had done. We contacted the manager and he sent a technician over to take a look. We explained everything that this is not okay and not normal. The Technician is new to the company and it was his second day with the company. He did a poor job at taking notes in details and he didn’t seems to be helpful. He had no ideals and no experiences of how to explain why mold build so fast. He called his manager and he said the manager told him to tell us to clean up the shower everyday. We told the Technician that that is too much! we got no time to clean up everyday. We have job and many other things to do. Plus, we do clean the bathroom once every week! But molds still build up till today. We was hoping that the manager will call for a follow-up but he didn’t. We paid so much plus interest, and this is not okay. This experience with Tundraland is unacceptable. Very disappoint and irritate!

Very poor response. My wife and I had new roof done by Thunderland. Worst decision. It’s leaking, in several places. They came out to fix it. It still leaks. I call at least once a week. No response. We have mold in the basement from the roof leaking. It’s destroying our home. I was told Thunderland was a great company. But from how they are treating me and my family, it’s a shame. I would not do business with them in roofing again. I don’t know how they do bathrooms. But the roofing side is terrible.

I purchased cabinet fronts and new drawers. I have an issue with one drawer. They will not warranty their work. They told me, "Good luck in finding someone to help you!" Unbelievable! Extremely overpriced and horrible customer service.
