I've been working with T-Squared for about a year on a septic project. In my experience they have been knowledgeable and prompt about communication. My head engineer, Phillip, has been a wealth of knowledge and has had many suggestions to solve complex problems. I worked with Tim Turner and his team to design the civil and septic engineering plans for a large agriculture building project in City of Franklin municipality and Williamson County for septic. I hired Tim after terminating a contract with another civil engineer that failed to effectively work with the City and County. Tim did an amazing job turning this project around, getting it back on track and ultimately getting us our permit approvals for the site plan with the City and septic plan with the County. Tim's knowledge of both the City and County codes is what allowed us to be successful in building this project.

I would not recommend this firm if you are an average home owner or looking for anything basic. Worked with Laura Hamilton to get a property line flagged. Explained at lenght in the begining why I needed this and that I would needed paperwork to provide to neighbor following the work. Communication was non-existant for months. Timeline was not adheared to and still no communication. I should have cancelled long before, but I'm stuborn. When the site crew finally showed up (no notification to give neighbor advanced warning) it was one guy and spend a full day very slowly strolling around the property. No markers were found so research had to be done, no problem....Again we wait and several phone calls later finally a frustrated email from me saying to "let's part ways" and all of a sudden the property line is marked. At the end I get an invoice, a plot map copy I could have pulled from the county, and no documentation to provide the neighbor, not even proof any actual measurements/calcualtions were taken off the plot. I was left with no confidence in the final product, no real proof to provide interested parties, and a $1,000 hole in my bank account. Not a good experience.

Highly recommend this company. I called in and spoke with Erick Gervis. He pulled up my property info during the initial phone call and started giving me insights to save me money on my septic project. Being a previous W.C. employee he was very knowledgeable and helpful.
