Unlike other civil engineers, Szewczyk has a terrible reputation with the town of Los Gatos staff. This is a major red flag for clients and can significantly complicate the project. Don't be fooled by his lower prices; you'll end up paying more in the long run. Don't waste your hard-earned money. He never gets the job done. Find a reputable engineer who knows what they are doing and can actually deliver.

Absolute nightmare! I hired TS civil (Terry Szewczyk) to subdivide my land for a hefty sum, and all I got was a disappearing act. After years of delays, broken promises, and zero progress, I was left with nothing but a massive headache. To top it off, his unprofessionalism was astounding. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration - avoid this guy at all costs! This review is long overdue, but I wouldn't want anyone else to experience what I went through.
