My husband and I had the pleasure to work with Hai (Trustwise Construction) on our pool project. We can not be happier with the process and result. From start to finish Hai showed that he truly cared about delivering us our dream pool. He spent the time to talk with us about our needs, family, lifestyle and design preference and he provided us a comprehensive, detailed and fair quote.

Once the project what underway, he got to work! Communication was seamless, we were kept updated on the process every step of the way. His crew was hard working and efficient. Hai was right behind them making sure the project kept his high standards and stayed on schedule. If there was a delay due to something out his control he communicated it to us directly and explained what he was doing personally to expedite. It was evident he truly cared about meeting all our expectations and he did, above and beyond.

On time, up front communication, delivered as promised. (Hired for furniture assembly) I bought the Royce Black Hall tree with bench and cubbies intending to order assembly with delivery but I missed checking the box on the order page and it came early so l was scrambling to get help 2 days before Christmas. Hai from Trust wise called me right away, and always followed texts and emails with a phone call. He worked around my crazy holiday schedule to come in on Christmas Eve.
He had to move my thermostat and door bell and patch up the wall to make the hall tree fit, and completed all of it before the promised time. High quality work and professionalism.

Trustwise Construction just completed a gutter project for us on our 120 yr old house, and this company FAR exceeded our expectations! Where other companies didn't quite know how to create a gutter system that would be functional and reasonably prices, given our Craftsman style architecture, Hai Asulin (Trustwise owner), had no problem creating an effective system with minimal changes to our house AND effectively within our budget. This gutter system looks like it was always part of the house! We are thrilled with the results. This company is EVERYTHING we were looking for in a contractor - very knowledgeable, good quality materials, reasonable prices, great work, showed up when scheduled, completed the project exactly on time & very conscientious.
