I called Tru Sense worker Guy initially for a medical pendant. My dad had misplaced his previous one. He told me to call when I received it and he walked me through it by face time how to program it. We had a small grease fire in our house and the alarm malfunction. The fire department did not show up. I was concerned as they normally respond quickly. Guy came down from Wisconsin within 48 hrs and was able to identify and fix the problem. Everything is working well. I highly recommend TruSense. Guy is always a phone call away! Thanks Guy for ensuring my elderly parents were taken care of and feel safe!!

One of the fire alarms was beeping this morning, batteries were dying. I texted him and he responded right away. He was here as soon as he could. Guy showed up within hours. I was expecting to wait a couple of days, because I know everyone is busy. He showed up and checked all the batteries throughout the house and replaced the ones that needed it. He takes good care of us. Thanks Guy.
