Outstanding customer service! They worked with me on a quick turn around time, accommodated special requests and always responded to my emails in a timely manner. The end product exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend them. With this company you are treated on a personal basis with excellent support. It starts the minute you walk in. I am buyer with Embraer. I have worked closely with Tru Form for the last 5 years . Since that time Tru Form has been under new management and it has been such an incredible change. Tru Form is a reliable company! They have great customer service and they are ALWAYS on top of things. When we are in need they , even if they don’t have the availability, they find a way to help. There has never been a time where we have been denied of help. They are such a pleasure to work with. Amazing staff. Rarely do we receive parts that do no conform . If I could give Tru Form Plastics a higher rating I would. They have been prompt with all correspondence and provided the best customer service a company could ask for in a supplier. The level of dedication, determination, and hard work that has been put forth by everyone involved on the multiple programs we’ve worked on together has been absolutely remarkable. The amazing extra effort from every person, from quality & engineering to production & maintenance and everyone in between is the reason those programs have been successful. There is no other company I would even consider going to for my thermoforming needs. I only wish we would have found them sooner.

My company had the good fortune of discovering Tru-Form Plastics two years ago. One of our primary customers left it in our hands to identify a premier thermo-forming plastic tray manufacture in Southern California. It was our reputation on the line to select the BEST supplier for the application and after weeks of interviews and tours we found Tru-Form and we truly hit a HOME RUN. They are without question the most professional, organized and well-run company we've had the pleasure of working with. From top to bottom every employee seems to take personal pride in everything they do. I recommend them to anyone who has a need for anything thermoformed.

Now that Tru-Form is part of InterTrade, be careful. It can take weeks for them to even acknowledge a PO. Their lead times are horrendous, and then they are always late on top of it. I deal with suppliers from all over the world, and InterTrade is the least reliable. Their lack of communication with their customers is frightening.
