Stan is a very honest, reasonable and professional structural engineer.
I was planning to demolish the porch cover in front of my house and I asked him to come look at it and tell me if it was safe to demolish it without affecting the structure of the house. He came over and took the pictures of the structures to prepare the structural report. While doing this he noticed that the support kept in place of a broken columns was not enough to support a load. He informed me on what size of lumber should be used and how it should be installed to support the weight of the porch cover. Accordingly, I got it fixed. This gave us more safety and security. I really appreciate his advice and guidance which made the situation safe for us. I appreciate his attention towards our safety. He went out of his way to help us and I would highly recommend him.

Great service and engineers! Because of them I was able to get my new 700 sf detached ADU approved by city of Fullerton, OC.
