Well, I had high hopes because when we called Troy he showed up and seemed very pleasant. He gave us a quote and said he would do the job and to just let him know if we wanted him to do the work. He said he'd be gone , so he couldn't start for 2 weeks. I emailed him the next day that we wanted him to do the project. I waited the two weeks expecting he'd call upon return. After two and a half weeks, I left a friendly message. Its been a few months gone by now and Troy never returned any of our calls. The job we wanted done was kinda time sensitive to colder temperatures, so leaving us hanging was really rude. Unless Troy died, I cant figure out why he couldn't pick up the phone and take two minutes of his time to say "Hey, I cant/wont/don't/ want to do the job". That would be the professional thing to do. But he didn't, so I guess I can add him to the Bishop list of people who aren't reliable and don't have good manners. I've talked to several people in this town that have the same complaint, either people don't show up at all, or they don't call back. I call it lazy. If you're too busy with another job, just let me know, don't ignore me.
