I have dealt with dozens of developers in my 37 year career and besides knowing how to build a quality home, there is one thing that custom home buyers need more than anything... COMMUNICATION... there are endless questions and concerns when it comes to buying, building and owning a home and the most disappointing and frustrating part of the process is a lack of communication, returning of phone calls, emails, texts. Everyone at Triwest has hit it out of the park with this aspect, besides building great homes. Its such a pleasure to know that when you have a question, a need or a concern that someone will actually get back to you the same day. This is a company I have come to trust and like and thats not easy to say in the builder and contractor world where "busy" becomes an excuse rather than an accolade because they just do their job so well. This "busy" team is busy because they deliver and I am excited to continue to find ways to work with them.
