This company took $8,000 from us and delivered their work 3 years late, and the final product was unusable. Trust in Trig Builders if you love getting ripped off and ignored, lied to, and harassed by their frankly emotionally unstable staff. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a company PERIOD ever in my 47 years of life. Do NOT trust Angie's list and go with a builder your friends have had good experiences with. This is NOT it. RUN!

I had Trig Builders build a retaining wall and hardscape in my backyard, and it turned out amazing! The team was super cool and helped me come up with a design that fit my style and budget.

They kept me in the loop throughout the whole project and made sure to get my input before making any decisions. They also did a great job with the installation, paying attention to all the little details.

Now, my backyard is the envy of the neighborhood, and I'm really happy with how everything turned out. I would definitely recommend Trig Builders to anyone looking for awesome hardscaping or construction work!

Hired Trig Builders a few months ago to remodel my kitchen and I couldn't be happier! They were very responsive and reliable. Had so many choices to choose from to ensure my kitchen came out exactly as I have always dreamed of. My favorite part of my day is coming downstairs in the morning to my beautifully designed kitchen. They were amazing, recommend to everyone looking to up their home.

I worked with a Isaac who was my project manager and he was very honest and direct throughout the entire project. When I met with him he showed us pictures of similar projects that he did recently and he shared a lot ideas that in the kitchen while still considering what I wanted. He put together a 3D design of how the new kitchen would look like after the remodeling right there during the meeting! The kitchen was exactly like the design he had shown us and the quality we expected was given. We were so glad he was able to give us exactly what we were looking for and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the end result.

I used Trig based on the other good reviews. I met Joni and he spent about an hour going over the job (Bathroom remodel) with me. I had a good feeling about him and I was right. He is very good at communicating the job progress and expected times of completion. He is intense, in a good way. Joni shows up and works along side his team everyday. I am happy with the outcome and will use him in the future.
I can highly recommend Joni and his crew.

We hesitated to write a review about our exasperating project with Trig, but it ended so badly, and people ought to know.

Trig's main issue is that they don’t really have project managers; Trig builders are the money men. They get the contracts but don’t do any of the actual work. Everything was given to sub-contractors who were not accurately briefed on what we wanted. The sub-contractor and the “project managers” (in name only, because we had to do almost everything ourselves) were fighting all the time. The main crew that Trig hired (a guy named Antonio was in charge, but hardly came by and was very pre-occupied with personal issues and other projects) and the project manager (Kobe, who was a spectacular liar in the end) fought about all the different homes they were working on (apparently over money) and Antonio’s crew quit halfway through.

It was mix-matched people who came for months trying to finish our project and it looks great, but not because of any suggestions or help from them. Trig is family run, and the owner’s kids and nephews they sent have no idea what they’re doing. They want their checks to clear and the customer to sign a release of satisfactory work (The man they sent whom we had never met would not leave unless we signed that we were pleased with their service. It was quite obscene, I was ready to physically push him out of my house .) It took almost a full year to finish the kitchen and bathrooms.

Sadly, not three months after the kitchen was completed, two of the cabinets broke in the same spot at the same time. We called and emailed Eden who was the 2nd manager, and the office refused to send someone to fix it. The screws they used on all the bottom shelves were way too short, and they said it’d be nine months before they would send anyone.

Definitely not worth all the stress they put their customers through. I’m sure they think they’re doing a great job, but they’re as horrible as the rest; profit over quality.

My experience with trig was overall a 10/10 as you know construction is not comfortable but they went out of their way to make it the most comfortable it can be. I got my kitchen re done which was on my wish list for a long time. I was very hesitant about it but when trig came out the first time I knew they where the one. They are very detailed and meticulous when it comes down to the finished product. I had a detailed description and design of how the kitchen was going to be done. We had walk through sin the regular basis every time I had a question someone was there to answer. They followed through with their completion date which is something that’s very hard to do with construction. Overall I’m super happy with the work and experience with them I can’t wait to start my next project with them just need to save up a lil more lol. Thank you Ezra for everything my family and I appreciate it so much.

We never got the quote Trig Builder promised multiple times, for a new home insulation and new HVAC system, after spending nearly 2 months of e-mail, phone calls and texts.

I contacted Trig Builders to get a quote for a new HVAC system and insulation on May 22nd 2020. Kobi came to our house 2 weeks later. During the initial visit, he mentioned that Trig Builders could perform most restoration or building projects in and around the house because it is a general contractor. He proposed to transform my garage into a second house so that I could rent it and make money. I replied that I wanted to keep my garage as a garage and contacted Trig Builder to get a quote for a new insulation (wall+attic) and new HVAC system. He said he would send an insulation guy and a different HVAC guy and would get a quote shortly after. He added that it would be practical for his company to work with us because it had a team working on a nearby house. This practical aspect faded quickly. He proposed 2 different times during the work day at times when I had work meetings and other times after the work day, when someone from the team working at the nearby house could come and assess our house. No one ever came after the work day. We never had a person specialized in insulation visiting our house. After playing phone tag for a while, I finally got the coordinate of the person specialized in AC at trig Builders, Eli. He came to our house and we asked for 2 quotes, one for a classical central AC and one for a ducted mini-split system. He said he would provide us with quotes shortly. We never got the quotes.
