I had the distinct privilege of partnering with Tradesmen on multiple phases of my construction project. They expertly laid the foundation and poured the flatwork around my home, including the driveway. Additionally, Roman, who oversaw the entire construction project from start to finish, was instrumental in its successful completion.

Two aspects of my experience truly set it apart. First, the quality and value Tradesmen delivered with the foundation and flatwork were exceptional. Second, hiring and working with Roman was an absolute stroke of luck. His honesty, knowledge, industry connections, and experience proved invaluable. In a field where it can be difficult to find trustworthy partners, Roman was the antithesis—a true professional who never took advantage of my lack of construction knowledge.

Should I embark on any future construction projects, whether a new home build, an ADU, or a remodel, Roman and Tradesmen would be my first and only call. Their combined expertise and integrity make them an outstanding team. All around, both Tradesmen and Roman were exceptional.

Roman and his team recently built the foundation for my house in El Dorado Hills - couldn’t have asked for a better contractor.
The house is on a steep hillside and required large and technical retaining walls.
Roman and his crew got it done on schedule, did excellent work, passed the inspections, and helped me through any issues. He is also doing the final concrete work on my place.
I’d highly recommend Roman and his company especially if you are building a house with a more complex foundation - they do a great job.

Amazing Crew!
Roman and crew helped me complete my RV Barn project in record time. It was the beginning of November 2022 and I was forced to fired my very “slow and inexperienced crew”. I desperately needed to complete the roof truss, Soffit, roof sheathing, doors, and windows before the 2022 rains. I reached out to Roman and he immediately responded with a quote and scheduled a crew for the very next day! Roman and his crew installed the truss, sheathing, and the Soffit all in one day! My prior crew would have taken 10 days or more to complete. The next day Roman finished installing the doors and windows. These guys are extremely talented and efficient and I wouldn’t hesitate to have them help me on my next project.
