Looks like the employees don’t like to sell propane. Every time I go no one wants to refill the tank. Wednesday feb 19 I walk over at 6:45 pm asking for propane refill the guy and a lady just look at each other and ask each other if they want to do it. At the end the guy toll me they only sell propane until 5 pm. ( except Chad he’s the best guy) lazy people I mean they are getting pay to help not just to be standing around.

Just wanted to share an exceptional experience we had recently. Chad, outdid himself! . He didn't just lend a hand, but he was truly remarkable. Chad got us exactly what we needed -
His dedication took 'customer service' to a whole higher level. Really, his professionalism was through the roof! I just have to commend such superb service. So, kudos to Chad! He’s really raised the bar high for others!

I ordered a product from Tractor Supply today (Sunday) and was hoping to have it delivered since this store offers home delivery service, but it being Sunday and the Veterans Day holiday there was no home delivery service available today. I talked to the assistant manager CHAD on the phone and he was just getting off shift and offered to bring it to me on his way home, which HE DID!!! How awesome (and rare) is customer service like that?! Thank you so very much Chad.
