Don’t move here worst HOA management ever 5 bedroom house 2 parking garage and no parking anywhere outside, rules made up as they go. You buy a house because you want to be able to do more than in an apartment. Used to live an apartment and it was actually better than here. So many nonsense rules that make no sense like foothill is closed due to construction we are unable to park in the street until they are done . You would think they would be able to let use park inside until they fix foothill, not the case. No parking anywhere and they are making more homes so that means more problems with the parking. Buyers beware

Parking situation had never been considered in their planning from day one of construction of this community. While mass production of housing was in mind, implementation and applicability of rules by HOA was never close to common sense. You buy a house to enjoy your investment and enjoy your family, while every single night, finding a parking spot is a nightmare.
Houses are only suitable for families with young kids, who own two SMALL cars. Larger size cars, like trucks, won't fit in their garages. Families with older children who drive will always have issue to find a parking.
While you don't have security gaurd patroling, you have some tenants who are members of HOA, leaving warning and notices on your vehicles for towing.
Overall, buying a property in this community has MANY strings attached and MANY limitations.

The person who cleans the pool does a terrible job does not even clean the pool I have gotten rashes from how dirty the pool is there is definitely some bacteria growing in the pool water I have watched the guy clean the pool and he never vacuumes the floor and never uses a net all he does is throw chemicals and leaves please help our pool water anybody the pool guy we have is almost close to trash because he doesnt care because im pretty sure hes on some contract and there fore knows that hes getting paid regardless if he cleans or does't please get a new pool cleaner that actually cleans the pool
