From our very first meeting - in which Tom discussed his extensive experience in roofing as well as his philosophy of complete customer satisfaction - to all of our subsequent discussions, Tom was so professional, so thorough, so in-tune with our concerns, that he made the complicated process of replacing our roof seamless!
Always attentive to any of our concerns, he made sure the job was absolutely perfect - and it was!
His crew was incredibly hard working, polite, skilled, and detail-oriented! They were also so, so fantastic at protecting our yard plants and house exterior during the de-roofing aspect, as well as absolutely efficient in cleaning up all of the mess.
Ultimately, our home looks fantastic thanks to a great roof job!

I have used Total Exterior Pros on three separate occasions and would call again in a heartbeat if I needed ANY exterior work done. They found and fixed a leak between the attached garage and house, replaced my old gutter guards with some that didn't clog or ice-dam this winter, and most recently came out to replace siding that was peeled off in a huge windstorm. The fact that they came the next business day to effect that repair probably saved me a lot more siding being peeled away in the next storm!

Besides being efficient and great at what they do, they are easy to communicate with and also are very reasonable for service call charges. Thanks, Total Exterior Pros for the great service and excellent work!

Just recently had our roof replaced by Total Exterior Pros. While spending money on a new roof is not something you look forward to, it was necessary after 32 years and I'm glad I picked Total Exterior Pros for the job.

Tom and all the folks at Total Exterior Pros were great to work. I received a detailed written quote (not just a verbal ballpark estimate), and everything included in the quote was completed as agreed upon. And Tom was quite flexible when I suggested removing and replacing the gutter guards myself, and we were subsequently able to negotiate a very fair price.

The roofing crew did a great job, showed up on-time and completed the job in one day, as promised. They were very efficient; the workmanship was top-notch and their clean-up was very thorough.

Their "post-project" follow-up is also very good. I had a few questions following completion of the project and Tom willingly stopped by to offer his expertise and assistance.

Perhaps the best part of the experience was working with someone who actually does what he says he's going to do. I appreciated that very much and I would recommend Total Exterior Pros without hesitation.

Tom, Liz and the crew went above and beyond in every step of the process. When another roofing company tried to scam me and left my roof in worse condition after "working" on it for over two weeks, Total Exterior Pros came in with incredible communication, professional and respectful crew. They took the time to explain how the other roofers had done such a shoddy job and in 1 day ripped off and put on a new roof, not only for my house but for my garage and left my yard spotless. Oh, and they told me I didn't need new gutters so they cleaned them instead!

Highly Recommend! I had them replace gutters and it went so well including solving some problems my house had that I had them come back to add aluminum siding on the soffits. I asked their owner Tom if I had to do the roof and he went up & inspected it for free and said in 3 - 5 yrs rather than try to close an extra sale. I now had them replace the roof and he did some extras to make a few areas I had problems with in the past more bullet proof. Tom really knows and enjoys his work and you will his work too.
