Today for breakfast I also had some Bosh Bees Honey from Topper Machine and when I got to work my Pin Jaws for 6" Milling Machine Vise showed up for my Kurt Vise. After installing it,

I was a toolmaker for 47 yrs before retiring at 64. Just need to tell you Im impressed with the business you have built! All the one offs were always the highlight of my career. Always left alone to either repair or machine the new part. Keep ip the fabulous work and be safe

Hi Josh:
I just watched your YouTube video answering questions. I may have told you this. I just had to respond on how you answered the questions that were asked. What comes through all your answers is that you are honest!! I am an EE and worked on a bench for 20 years. I got into sales & marketing for a very large corporation. I live on Long Island, NY. Right away, people think that you are cheating them. Sold much product in the west, even to my competition because we DID make the best product. Some of my customers would complain. “You SOB from NY!! I have to buy from you!!”. My answer was, “Is the quality good? Does it do the job, consistently? Is the price OK and do I deliver per your schedule?” We did all of this. Unfortunately, we in the East sometime get a bad rap!!
I have always believed, BE HONEST!! I can see in the tone in your voice that you are honest. In the long run, it pays off. I like watching your videos and know that you will do well. This is a very important trait. Make sure that you teach this to all the people working for you.
