The workers were not only skilled but also pleasant and disciplined; I actually miss seeing them each morning. I met Gio back in April, right after I closed escrow on my home. He was referred to me by Pulte Homes in Chatsworth. I didn’t end up buying a Pulte Home, but I did end up using the contractor that they recommended for a pool I wanted to build.

The first thing Gio did when I met him was take me to different projects that were in various stages. Most were already completed, but some were still under construction, and no two pools were the same. I was immediately impressed with what I saw, but I don’t think I fully grasped the extent of his talent until he started on my home. It was really interesting watching the process unfold. It was like witnessing an artist at work. He definitely has a creative mind, which I do not , and sometimes I had trouble sharing his enthusiasm because I couldn’t see what he was envisioning, but I always trusted his decisions, and he has never let me down. He is very detail-oriented and without a doubt a perfectionist. He notices little things that most normal people wouldn’t see, and if something is not done to his standards, he will have it re-done. He never cuts corners. As someone who was spending a lot of money on the project, I appreciated this about him.

I’ve learned that Gio has a very keen eye and has the innate ability to transform a space. I had a very small back yard and a very large front yard and what he was able to do with both is quite astonishing. He had all the confidence in the world about the oasis he was going to create, and I became a true believer in Top Team when I came home from a business trip and the project was completely done. My new pool, sunken pit, landscaping, turf, outdoor lighting, drainage, sump pump, front yard, turf, intricate tile work, driveway, walkway…all done. I was speechless. It was everything he promised.

Obviously Gio is the visionary, and his guys make the magic happen. They take Gio’s vision and they execute while he oversees the project. His team of guys (and girls) are amazing in their own right. They are a happy group of people who you can tell take pride in their work. I have always believed that as a business owner, if you treat your employees like family, they will take great care of your business. They were always polite and respectful, and when a team would finish their project, they would clean up their mess.

Long story short, to say that I am thrilled with the work they have done is an understatement. I would not hesitate to refer them to my own family. That speaks volumes.
