We used Top Construction for our back yard remodel, and I must say they live up to their name! We were expecting 4-6 weeks for the remodel, usually when you hear that, you expect it to be on the higher side. We were done in less time than originally expected, would have been done sooner, but our appliances were delayed (thanks Amazon). Greg was extremely helpful through the whole process, answering his phone at all hours of the day to answer our questions when they came up. I have been a customer of Greg and his crew for over 20 years now. What I can tell you is that they built a 500 sq ft addition to my house, fixed my roof, poured a new concrete driveway, built a 70+ foot long slump stone fence with wrought iron, prepped and painted the interior and exterior of my home with the upmost care and attention to detail. Next month they will be working on resurfacing my pool, so you can probably say I am very happy with their work and professionalism. Of course this all costs money (quality work is NOT cheap), but every buck I spent was worth it! Everything looks great! Very happy with the quick response and results! The neighbors are asking for Top Construction's number now!

I had an upstairs window leak badly from the winter storms. I reached out to Greg at Top Construction to have the window replaced and he was amazing. Greg promptly provided an estimate and answered all my questions regarding the window. The whole transaction was smooth and easy. His crew was on time each day and left my property very clean when the left for the day and when the job was completed. Greg pulled the permit for the job and scheduled the inspections. I didn't have to do anything. We are very pleased and highly recommend Top Construction. Replacing windows can be stressful but not with Greg. His crew took care of everything and went way beyond any expectations we had. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I used Top Construction about 4.5 years ago for a kitchen remodel. We also ended up using Greg to paint inside and out, replace a kitchen garden window, sliding glass door and door to a guest unit. We also replaced the flooring throughout the house. He coordinated everything. His subcontractors were great and always on time. He told me where to go for the floor and coordinated with them. As I look back on it now, I realize how smoothly it went thanks to Greg's coordination and professionalism. I highly recommend and will use him again for any future construction needs!
