New windows and sliding doors project quoted. Wanted to verify dimensions before placing $20K order. Never would come to verify dimensions. 4 times in store and on phone and no response. After having put all the time into a complex quote, why not finish?

We came to this lumber yard to obtain a estimate for a remodel we are bidding. We were promised the estimate by weeks end. Well weeks end came and no estimate. Monday we called and were told they would garantee it by that night. Of course nothing showed up, so we called again. At this point the owner screamed at us about how short staffed he was and how our estimate didn't matter. He then proceeded to hang up on me 2 times and told us to go f^%k off. He screamed the entire time even though I hadn't raised my voice Definitely use ANY OTHER LUMBER YARD THEN THIS. HORRIBLE PEOPLE, HORRIBLE BUSINESS.
