Asked them to cut fourteen 4” wide 14’ boards from seven 16’ 2x10’s that I purchased. They called and told me it was ready. I went to pick it up and it was ripped into 4” but was 16’ long. I told them I needed them 14’, so I waited while the guy cut them and I drove them home after they loaded it in the truck I borrowed from a family member. They were cut to 14’ and 1”. The saw blade they used must’ve been dull, as the boards were frayed along all of the cuts. I also asked for straight boards and four of them had a bow in them almost 3” high in the middle when laid edge on. Shame on me for not inspecting the boards but I figured they’d do that for me when I specifically told them I needed straight boards. Not impressed. It’s not like I was asking for anything crazy complicated. I won’t be going back.

Dropped architectural plans off with Eric back in June of this year and spent about an hour and half with him to go over it all. He said he would quote out the project and get back to me within a couple of weeks. Those weeks passed and I reached out again in July and he said that he would have a quote put together by the end of August. Still hadn’t heard a peep so I called today and he had all these ridicules excuses and he finally said that other jobs came in recently and now they weren’t interested in mine. So unprofessional that they strung me along and never bothered at any point to call and say that they didn’t want the job. Now I wouldn’t even use them for materials let alone trust them to build a house.

Sells lumber, of course, they also are a huge property renter in the area. They buy up land, put up some homes / duplexes, and rent them out. Good quality buildings but you're paying a price to rent them. Would recommend if you have the money.

Absolutely GARBAGE. Every board was bent to hell and they screwed up the cut size. Incompetence at its finest. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE.
