We did two pours with Todd’s over the last week. The drivers were excellent and so easy to work with. It was awesome to have drivers who knew what they were doing and poured out perfectly. From the ordering to payment we couldn’t be happier, and will be using them for all our jobs going forward!

My experiences dealing with the staff at the Rice Lake location have always been amazing!! The office staff has been very friendly, helpful, and professional. I have been there to get advice about the projects I'm working on and to order materials for self pickup, as well as for delivery.

Their machine operators outside have always been smiling, willing to stop for me to give and receive information regarding the load I'm picking up, and been careful and conscientious when loading the material into the bed of my truck.

The delivery drivers have also always been smiling, have walked up to talk with me before even entering my driveway, and have shown respect for my property by being careful and concise when unloading the materials.

I WOULD FREELY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ALL, since my experiences have always been very positive ones.

I know another couple that used this company and they were threatened with lawyers for leaving a negative review. They are the most honest people I know. Every person on their building crew was very respectful and knowledgeable. The house was ABSOLUTELY perfect until Todd's Concrete came to pour concrete. I agree she should absolutely go through a different company. They did a horrible job and they blamed the customers.. VERY HORRIBLE COMPANY that treats their customers TERRIBLE.

I'm very unhappy with the delivery of our 15yds for pouring the slab on our home. The dispatcher sent the 2 trucks 20 minutes apart when I asked for 1hour spacing. The recently hired driver of the first truck took 25-30minutes to get pulled up to the house and start delivering concrete to the basement due to his lack of confidence. Then his trucks drum assembly started malfunctioning and took another 20-25minutes to get repositioned for the second slab and to get it started delivering concrete again. By this point the other truck which showed up 45 minutes early has mix in it that is going bad and we the customer are being blamed. Don't expect any kind of sympathy from todds if something goes wrong even if its thier fault. The quality control guy (benny) and his boss came out and looked at it while I was at work the next day after we called and complained and they were rude to my girlfriend. I called them again 2 days after that and was threatened with lawyers if I post a negative review about my experience of being one of thier paying customers and told my 15 yd. delivery means nothing to them because they pour thousands of yards every year.

We had poured concrete for a 16x24 shed at 4 inches thick. Which would have only required less than 5 yards of cement. We ordered 5 yards and we didn’t get enough. So we ordered two more yards, when the driver came he said they loaded him with 3 and we had to eat the cost of the extra. On top of $100 and something small load fee. When we only needed enough concrete to do a small section of the shed but decided to get two so we could do a little walk way and lower the small load fee. Scam artists! Do not go through them! Terrible service!
