I meet Tom during our home buying process - he was recommended to us to help us deal with a roofing issue that came up during the inspection process. Tom was very professional working through the issues with the roof and ensuring we had the information we needed to communicate effectively with the sellers. The roof was a complete tear off.

After we closed Tom and the team juggled the schedule around to get our house completed before the brunt of winter. His crew worked four full days to knock out the roof - they were courteous, professional, and hard working. The roof they put on the house looks spectacular and i am confident it will last a very long time.

I also wanted to give a shout out to Raul, our project manager. He did a great job of walking me through the project, addressing my concerns, and ensuring the job site was clean every day.

We used Tip Top for a new roof 10/23 - very pleased w the whole process. From the quotes and ideas and choices to the professionalism of the sales team to the installers. They came with a crane and removed the old roof and did some little repairs to the one section of wood underneath. Then proceeded to put a liner and the new roof and flashing on. I have a new Tip Top roof and I couldn’t be happier with it. The crew worked hard from 7 AM to 7 PM and in that time took down an old roof, put on a new roof, and got everything cleaned up. The next day the gutter crew got the job done in five hours. The roof looks beautiful and I am very pleased with the results. Everyone from the owner down couldn’t be nicer to work with at Tip Top Roofing and Construction.

Tom the owner and Adam the project manager have been fantastic. They are extremely knowledgeable in the roofing industry and always want to make sure you're happy. They were reasonable and willing to work with insurance. They took the time to explain the insurance information & promptly sent all information when needed. Both the owner and Adam the manager showed up on the job multiple times to discuss how it was moving along and answer any questions. They had their guys assist another contractor with an additional repair that was needed. The roof was completed in one day and they did clean up the following day. The crew that they had working was fantastic as well. They were considerate of the home and protected flowers and windows with tarps and they were efficient. Adam and a couple of the guys even came back and cleaned the skylights of minor debris after completion. They even offer a 50 year shingle. I highly recommend Tom and Adam from Tip Top.
