These people are Horrible first of being out of my home for way too long they deliver on mobile home that is completely damaged and then they send people in to fix it six months later and they’re Repairs are worse than before I even let them in the home. These people are a joke and not a funny one they need to be reported for their poor quality of work something needs to be done because this is so wrong in so many ways people should not be treated like this!

Been out of our home over 5 months. Failed 2 inspections. Should be minus -0 code for this company. Can not reach by phone, voice mail full or need to call another # and will call back in 48 hours. That don't happen. Same day they demolished our old mobile home, new one was delivered. But we are still not in our home. 6 months still not finish inside or out. Mold mildew developed on our clothing & things in pods! This is the worst company. I do not know why they are working for the State of Florida!!! They still have not passed inspection s! Why? Today 12/31/2021 still out of our home! Promise all week sometime this week will have the skirting up. Well it's didn't happen. Now put further out, because they are hard timing us until Jan 6th. Now 3rd, I will have too wait until the 3rd too see!! Anyone given this company please say no and ask for another company. This company is awful!! Minus -0-. They did come out and put the skirting today! Update now 2024 found out that ac unit that was given was too small to start out with given 2 ton, should have been 3 ton. Company knew was the wrong size. When getting check this year by ac company. Was told ac to small to heat & cool home and duct work (really poor, never seen nothing like it) " !! ?!! Floors still cracking and now roof leaking!! Called and emailed gold key / live oaks homes and Timberline no response!! Worst company ➖ minus zero
