Friend and I came after dine in was closed but drive in was still open. Had my iced cap and my friend had steeped tea, her usual favorite lemon poppy seed and a regular bowl of chili. Buddy told me the chili she had was better than all the locations she's been to in Victoria combined, and that says a lot considering the both of us both live in Victoria and here on a visit! She was concerned being after 10pm they'd be out or getting bottom old scrapings but def not the case and she is not easily impressed.

Will remember to swing by to this specific location when we're in the area again.

It's hard for me to accept that Tim Horton's is not at all like the restaurant I grew up loving. This location is probably the worst one I've been to. There's so many constant communication problems and wrong orders. Couldn't get everything I wanted today because the employee didn't understand I wanted to pay in part cash, and part card. Instead, they just kept the coin I gave them.
One of the women who works here is such a bully to both her coworkers and customers (anyone who is a regular knows who I'm talking about).

And the food is just... gross. And very expensive for the quality. Sad to say today was the last chance I'm giving this company.. Today's chilli smells like dog food and the bun I paid extra for is all dried out. I never waste food but I'm not eating this. And it was $10!
The good name and memories from times past just aren't enough anymore.

Well now, where should I start. How about I start with the positive and then lay in on them.
I believe this is the newest location in Duncan which it exudes with absolutely every part of it being up to date and trending.
Well that's about the most good I can say about this place..
The last reviewer mentioned sonething about the chili? What chili...this location NEVER has chili, I've asked so many times at different times of the day.... even on this bone chilling stormy night, which there have been many of this last month....no chili, no soup, no nothing.....as I make my way through the menu of "Do you have"s the only thing I got a positive response to was wedges....chewy hard and cold as if it was from some body's previously long ago canceled order, and to go along with that the second confirmed product would be a crispy chicken sandwich.... now here's the kicker of it all.... they were both served to me immediately.... now if the wedges were cold, chewed like hard bubble gum and stale hardened how do you think the chicken is gonna be? Exactly ? the same.....I would not even serve this meal to my dog... seems staff here are more interested in getting ready to go home 2 hours before scheduled then happy as heck to tell customers they have nothing for hours on end.... and seeing as the person behind me was playing the same "Do you have" game..... it sure seems like your staff is losing you an awful lot of money at this location.... as i could also imagine that your customers are slowly dropping from here as well.... crunch the.hourly numbers..... that will show you.

Whoever is the lady on front counter right now (Sept 15 @ Noonish) Extremely cold, uncaring and super rude. Sat at the table watching and she's greeting customers with phrases like "what do you want" and "here" when giving items. If you guys are going to feel comfortable leaving a sign out asking for reviews you should make sure your front staff actually want to be here. She clearly doesn't want to be, but then again who would be?

We went thru the drive thru and the server called my husband baby, I asked that she didn't and she did again and then once more very pronounced. I don't think its cute, I wouldn't have if she had called anyone babe, it not professional at all. Especially after being asked not to. When we got to the window we asked who was talking and she wouldnt come forward and the person who pointed her way thought it was funny or didnt understand. Also both our double doubles had absolutely no sugar in them. We have been to thos drive thru before and it's never been like this.

For as long as I've been going to tims the go to item I get is an iced capp but now i don't even consider giving tims a chance to make a good iced capp anymore because it's a one in a million you get a half decent one, do we need to hire an iced capp tutor for you guys to actually know how to make an iced capp and not a water capp or a sprite capp actually disappointing.

Waited in a long drive through 20 minutes just to be told there is no iced caps because the machine is broken. They didn’t put out any kind of a notice anywhere and literally told me “to bad”… I can’t recommend this location.
