Chris (unit#9) ThriftyRooter @ Yuba city, you are the best:
I had a clogged kitchen sink, I checked there are no clogs in the p-trap or the air return or by the grinder, so this clog is somewhere further in the pipe. After trying to snake using 25ft Drain auger for a week to unclog my kitchen sink with no luck, I tried contacting Plumbers, they were quoting $300 for just a visit. One plumbing company was quoting $1500, they said they are going to use camera to find and fix the clogged pipe. Coworker suggested ThriftyRooter in Yuba city, so I called and got a quick appointment on the same day within few hours. The price is $95 per hour, I was happy to hear that. Chris (unit#9) showed up on time, listened to what I have done so far and went straight to snake using 60ft drain auger. He worked few times, testing it over and over, finally ran the water for 10mins. He completed his job within 30mins which was very impressive and he guaranteed his work for 30days, if it clogs again within 30days he would do it for free. I am writing this review after 30days and I can definitely say, he did a great job. The things that Chris (unit#9) impressed me is, patiently listening to me, very respectful, kind, understanding the situation, completing the task quickly and explaining me everything what could have caused this clog. During a very stressful time for my family their professionalism got us through it. Chris , and Larry ,or Bill (I forgot his name , did I mention I was a nervous wreck ) fixed my septic tank problems in about an hour . These guys really care about customers. Next time Thrifty rooters is the only call I have to make ! I'm a very satisfied, Happy customer .

I asked about a clogged drain and was promptly called by the business asking if I'd be home if someone came to look at it within an hour. I guess she meant five minutes, because I think less than an hour after the call Sammy was done. He quickly fixed the issue, went a lve and beyond, and had a great attitude. This is the business you are looking for.

The receptionist is rude and unprofessional. She can definitely use some good training. However, Daniel was nice and professional he dug up my septic tank. When the man came the next day, he wasn’t informed of the correct house to go to, he went to my neighbors house and almost pumped, my neighbors septic tank. To come to a conclusion, the receptionist needs some training on customer service skills, and communication skills. I am thankful the job was complete and my toilet is flushing. I just want to bring it to someone’s attention that she is very rude.
